Northwest Camp, Welches, Oregon
This year Northwest Camp (formerly known as Camp Davidson in Oregon) will be held at a new facility, Camp Arrah Wanna, located about an hour east of Portland, Oregon.
Nestled in the foothills of Mt. Hood, Northwest Camp will be located in 300 acres of beautiful forested mountains that will provide a fresh set of new experiences for 2007.
"COMMITTING TO GOD'S WAY OF LIFE" is a key camper objective at Northwest Camp. We invite teens to experience this at our new facility near Mt. Hood in Oregon.

Northwest Camp 2007
The annual camp magazine has been mailed to all member households and the application form packets have been posted on the UCG web site. Below are links for the 2007 application forms.
Located along the Salmon River, the camp facility boasts delicious food and a great chef, a great campfire experience as well as a large dining lodge with outdoor dining available. We hope most or all of these activities will be available during camp: capture the flag, basketball, swimming, archery, zip line, high ropes, waterskiing, dancing, kayaking, flag football and hiking.
New for 2007-—we will be adding golf, with a world-class golf course within walking distance, and tubing down the Salmon River will be offered as a new opportunity for dorm fun.
We think the beautiful and peaceful location for camp this year holds opportunities for campers to learn and grow in God's way, while experiencing the fun and adventure of activities with new and old friends. The popular Excellence of Living class will again challenge campers to learn godly values in the social and spiritual aspects of their lives. There will be several question-and-answer sessions where campers can ask ministers questions about the Bible.
The camp chef has promised that our final banquet will be memorable and delicious!
We will again offer an overnight hike for the oldest boys' and girls' dorms. Hiking will be a highlight for all as we explore this new area of breathtaking scenery. The campfire pit is located next to the Salmon River and promises to offer inspiring as well as entertaining evenings for the entire camp.
Northwest Camp is located at Camp Arrah Wanna, 24075 E. Arrah Wanna Blvd., Welches, Oregon. A map will be enclosed in the information packet sent to all campers and staff.
