2007 NORTHWEST CAMP UPDATE. » See requirements here. Nestled in the foothills of majestic Mt. Hood, Northwest Camp begins with staff training on July 27 until July 29. The teen camp begins on July 29 and ends on August 5. This year our camp will be renting Camp Arrah Wanna near Welches, Oregon. Location: 24075 E. Arrah Wanna Blvd., Welches, OR 97067.
